Modern Bridge

What:  Co-ed Bridge Group.

When: Every Wednesday, 11am-2pm

Where: Landings Room at Marshwood

Cost: $ 1 per person

What Else:  All participants must be members of Landlovers and a Landings Club member to participate, in accordance with Landings Club policy. The Modern Bridge group is designed to use the basic conventions, as follows: Stayman, Jacoby Transfer, Weak 2’s, Ace asking.  Joining this group assumes you either currently use these conventions, or are open to learning them.  These conventions are easily accessible on the internet. I’ll send a reminder before each meeting and would appreciate a Yes or No reply.  If you are interested in co-chairing this group, pls let me know.  This group is open to those who wish to observe,”kibbitz”.  Due to limited space, sign up is required.

Landings Club Guest Policy for Activity Play:

1. Except as noted below, local guests (who live within 75 miles of The Landings) are not permitted to attend or participate in any activity play, e.g. card play. Activity chairs are responsible for enforcement and the Club reserves the right to deny privileges or impose fees for violations.
2. Guests participating in a catered meal in conjunction with activity play or certain specified events/tournaments are not subject to the above restrictions.
